Handyman

Performs **basic and minor civil, mechanical and electrical maintenance installation and repair works** to maintain upkeep and safety of company facilities, premises and equipment.a. Performs minor or basic works in any or all of the following:- Mechanical and plumbing works**:installation, repair and maintenance of aircon units**, bathroom and kitchen fixtures; repair of water leaks; de-clogging of sinks and drains; dismantling and installation of the sewer and water line; others.- **Electrical works**, such as among others**:installation of additional electrical lines for sockets; changing electrical bulbs and fixtures**; repairs and maintenance of office equipment, appliances, circuit breaker; others (Note: low voltage electrical works only)- Safety works: leak tests on LPG gas line and regulators; installation of safety deviceb. Clean area after works ensuring safety at all times.c. Checks and reports any accidents, incidents and non-conformance to safety regulations.d.
