Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for a Graphic Designer who can work with us full-time and on-site!
Where??? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and managing marketing artwork for our network of real estate agents across Australia. You will be an important part of an experienced and collaborative marketing team, working alongside another designer in Cebu and closely with our Australia-based team.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Develop visually compelling designs for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, flyers, and social media content. Work extensively with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet the marketing objectives of the business. Collaborate with clients and the team to understand briefs, ensuring that all designs meet client expectations and requirements. Deliver high-quality print-ready materials and understand the technical aspects of print production. Create designs for digital marketing channels, including social media, ensuring they meet the correct specifications for each platform. We would need you to be or have the following: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience in both print and digital design. Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency across all design elements. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and interpret design briefs. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Prior experience in real estate marketing is highly regarded. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment. Experience using Canva or designing Realhub templates will be beneficial. Be a part of the Smartsourcing crew ??!
