**Job Purpose**You will be part of the team responsible for managing the centralization of procurement and cost control activities from our centres, to transition within our global Supply Chain Shared Service Centre covering +3,000 Business Centres.The key objective of the position is to provide outstanding levels of service, through proactive ticket management. We aim to improve company profits by identifying and reducing unnecessary business activities and expenses by enforcing global policies, in a timely and consistent manner. On top of this, we proactively engage with centre teams and third-party suppliers to ensure our centres are being managed and well maintained at all times.The incumbent is expected to be able to make decisions and follow procedures, look for ways to improve our processes and highlight any issues in our workflows. They must be able to work independently.**Key Responsibilities**- Receive service ticket requests from our centres, and validate the work is required and the information on the ticket is complete and true.- Approve or reject the service request tickets against our global policies, within our pre-defined service level agreement.- Submit work to a list of nominated suppliers, engaging with them to accept the work within the defined service level agreement.- Follow up with suppliers and centres to ensure work has been completed, to a satisfactory level.- Receive monthly and ad hoc stock take orders from centres, to validate the orders against defined global policies and send the orders to our nominated suppliers.- Handle any issues or concerns from the suppliers or centre teams, and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.- Manage the app that facilitates the goods and services ordering from the centres, to ensure all details (prices, contact information, centre information etc) is up to date.- Deploy our processes into new countries, working with global operations, and local teams to set up a country in our new way of working.- Continuous review and consolidation of supplier base, making necessary changes in our suppliers based on feedback from centres or other commercial factors.- Deliver on ad hoc action plans within your countries to reduce costs and renegotiate pricing.- Receive, process and reconcile customer recharges to ensure we remove revenue leakage across our centres.- Review, validate and approve purchase orders for another centre, overhead and IWG spend, based on pre-defined global policies.- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and evaluations on vendors or centre spend.- Authorization of certain high-value/sensitive transactions.- Management and control of set-up of new suppliers and enforcing company standard payment terms.- Regular communication with suppliers, including enforcing our terms and conditions.Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications- A great communicator: demonstrates good two-way communication skills and an ability to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken). Fluency in other languages is a benefit but not a requirement.- Enjoys helping people and resolving issues, working with our centre teams and external vendors, as well as internal stakeholders.- Someone who has good attention to detail and is happy to follow a process.- An independent problem solver, capable of understanding concerns and finding solutions.- A self starter who can take ownership for delivering our key results, and achieving their service level agreements.- Is good with excel, and comfortable working with data, reports and numbers.- Commercial Awareness: Understands the impact of financial performance on business results and how own actions impact the broader commercial environment.**Other notes**:- Working policy: Hybrid (2 days a week in the office, with some flexibility for specific events/training etc.).- Shifts: Can vary depending on the regions you are assigned, but must be prepared to work shift patterns in line with European (GMT) or local hours.
