Gl-General Ledger /Closing Accountant

GENERAL LEDGER/CLOSING ACCOUNTANT
Working Address: One Ayala East Tower, Ayala Avenue Corner EDSA, Makati City
Working Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (3x work onsite, 2x WFH)
Working Schedule: 9AM-6PM shift
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor and above degree, Accounting and related majors, at least 8 years work
experience is preferred;
? Last working period should not be shorter than two (2) years - career stability is
preferred
? Solid accounting knowledge, familiar with the accounting process, CPA is required.
? At least five (5) five to ten (10) years related working experience, not limited to the
following:
o Broad General Accounting Process; General Ledger Accounting;
Bookkeeping
o Audit (Basic) - at least 2-3 years in an audit firm is preferred
o Closing Accounting Main Functions - Ie., Intercompany, Tax, and FX (Foreign
Exchange), Month-end Closing, Foreign Currency
o Exposure on handling group of companies (consolidate/subsidiaries)
o Exposure on handling other global entities other than Philippines
o Exposure to certain accounting system - not manual based
o Financial Statement Reports, Journal Entries - Accrual Reports, Prepaid
Reports, VAT, Income Tax, etc.
? Strong communication and coordination skills, a high degree of team spirit,
executive learning ability.
? Be with great sense of responsibility and professional ethics, work with dedication
and integrity within a professional environment, be able to work under certain
pressure;
? Skilled use of finance and Microsoft apps;
? NetSuite/ERP experience is a plus;
? Big 4 public accounting preferred;
? Work experiences in multinational companies are preferred
