Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and supervise the merchandising team to maintain robust brand partnerships, ensure

healthy inventory levels, and develop a strong product portfolio.

- Oversee the sales team to guarantee the achievement of sales targets and foster high levels

of customer satisfaction.

- Formulate and execute strategic plans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the

company.

- Collaborate with the executive leadership to determine and implement the company's

strategic objectives.

Set performance goals and metrics for teams and carry out regular performance monitoring.Identify and address any issues or disputes within and between teams.Cultivate a culture that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.Lead initiatives related to the growth and expansion of the distribution business.
