General Manager Distribution

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).

- At least 10 years of experience in a managerial role within the distribution or wholesale

industry.

- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and business development. Exceptional

leadership, analytical, and management abilities.

- Superior communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and supervise the merchandising team to maintain robust brand partnerships, ensure

healthy inventory levels, and develop a strong product portfolio.

- Oversee the sales team to guarantee the achievement of sales targets and foster high levels

of customer satisfaction.

- Formulate and execute strategic plans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the

company.

- Collaborate with the executive leadership to determine and implement the company's

strategic objectives.

- Set performance goals and metrics for teams and carry out regular performance monitoring.

- Identify and address any issues or disputes within and between teams.

- Cultivate a culture that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.

- Lead initiatives related to the growth and expansion of the distribution business.
