General Logistics Associate

Lodgment of Import entry to BOC portal (Customs Declarant)
• Follow up shipping document from customers
• Monitoring of shipment arrival from shipping line, and/or carrier, airline or freight
forwarder.
• Follow up of shipping line, airline, or freight forwarder billing prior to shipment
arrival
• Provide shipment status or delivery updates to customers
• Follow up and coordinate with processor regarding customs clearance status
• Collaborate with other department (Transport, F&A) regarding delivery,
payments.
• Handles customer's queries.
• Prepares reports that the department/customer requires.
• Ensures that the KPI's set by the company and customers are met.
• Monitors and coordinates with other dept. and the customer on the timely booking
and delivery of shipment.
• Secure import permits from various government regulating offices (if required).
• Adheres to company rules and regulations.
• Perform any other-job related duties and task as assigned from time-to-time by the
Department Head.

Work Location: Paranaque ( to be relocated to Silang soon )
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:30AM to 5:30PM)
Salary P18,000 - P19,000
