Position: General Accounting/Tax SupervisorNo. of required personnel: one (1)Salary Range: Php 30,000 - 35,000Work Location: Purok 4, Brgy. Laguerta, Calamba, LagunaWork Schedule: Monday - FridayJob description:? Supervises quality and accuracy of all internal and external financial reports prepared by Accountingdepartment team for submission to management, BIR, SEC and LGU.? Evaluates existing accounting process and implement improvements as needed.? Prepares weekly, monthly or quarterly reports for the management information and decision making.? Safeguard all company's assets and equipment by regular monitoring, lapsing and annual physicalcount.? Reconciliation of financial statements' schedules, initiation and posting of adjustments? Responsible for the preparation, filing and payment of tax returns.? Responsible for the preparation of daily/monthly cash position and bank reconciliation.? Responsible for the reconciliation between general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.? Coordinates with the external audit requirements.? To provide pertinent accounting information to finance department as the need arises (e.g. applicationfor bank/financial institution financing, loans and other forms of borrowing requirement by theCompany)? To handle concerns with BIR, LGU, SEC and other government regulatory agencies? Performs other related functions that may be assigned to by the management?
