Job description:
? Graduate in Accounting / Financial Management, or any business courses with 2-3 years of
work experience in Bookkeeping and Tax Compliance
Recording day to day financial data and transactionsCompleting the posting process andVerifying that transactions are recorded in the correct ledgerReviewing financial documents for accuracy and reconciling accountsAnalyzing financial data and providing financial recommendationsEnsuring financial records comply with regulatory standardsSupervises quality and accuracy of all internal and external financial reports prepared by Accounting
department team for submission to management, BIR, SEC and LGU.
Evaluates existing accounting process and implement improvements as needed.Prepares weekly, monthly or quarterly reports for the management information and decision making.Safeguard all company's assets and equipment by regular monitoring, lapsing and annual physical count.Reconciliation of financial statements' schedules, initiation and posting of adjustmentsResponsible for the preparation, filing and payment of tax returns.Responsible for the preparation of daily/monthly cash position and bank reconciliation.Responsible for the reconciliation between general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.Coordinates with the external audit requirements.To provide pertinent accounting information to finance department as the need arises (e.g. application
for bank/financial institution financing, loans and other forms of borrowing requirement by the Company)
To handle concerns with BIR, LGU, SEC and other government regulatory agenciesPerforms other related functions that may be assigned to by the managementPreferably lives Near Laguerta, Calamba, Laguna
