The Role As an FXRH Junior Commercial Sales Officer, you will be responsible for marketing Foreign Exchange and Rates Hedging product and contributing in achieving the sales desk's volume and income targets.
How you'll contribute Markets foreign exchange and hedging products to Banking Center clients via phone calls and client visits while relaying pertinent market and product information to clients and internal customers to capture client FX and hedging flows Offers optimal FX and hedging solutions to clients through deep understanding of their business and requirements to promptly and accurately deliver the best price that maximizes margin while maintaining strong client relationship Conducts regular analysis of client's historical transactions by studying past trends on volume and income and current competitive landscape to identify best pricing strategies Participates in regular management and account planning through coordination with various units of the banks to maintain deep understanding of client's business needs in order to provide solutions for their FX and hedging requirements Markets FXRH products using deep market and client understanding to generate client business and loyalty Recommends optimal pre-settlement/settlement risk lines based on historical and projected client deals to support clients' FX and hedging requirements Submits amendments, pre-terminations and cancellations of existing deals through the system to accurately reflect foreign exchange transactions What we're looking for Must have a Bachelor's or College degree At least 1-2 years of relevant experience Has a basic understanding of the rates & credit markets as well as regulatory requirements relating to deals in these markets Has an appreciation of macroeconomic factors affecting the country, with the ability to effectively communicate them in a clear and concise manner Ability to develop excellent working relationship with various teams in the bank and to originate and sustain strong client relationships Ability to conceptualize and relay potential FX and hedging solutions to clients #LI-QA1
