Have a design knowledge and give feedback to our Swedish team about feel and look.Be a supportive part of the process to put new products to market.No need to be a hardcore designer, but really need an understanding of how things are built, and why.More like a person that understand how people react to different design and UX.You will work with both Swedish and Philippine designers/developers and therefor a good communication skill is high priority.
