Front Office Supervisor
Reliable and engaging. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.
Provide guidance and support to the Reception team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives. Assist in effectively running the front office operations with a hands-on approach. Help guests and create positive experiences. Are confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention. Maintain strong working relationships and communicate with all departments. Qualifications
Your experience and skills include: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or any related courses
Service focused personality is essential
Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
