Front Desk Officer/ Skin Consultant

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field from a reputable university. Must be computer savvy with strong proficiency in office software and communication tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members. A quick learner with a keen interest in dermatology and laser treatments. Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required. 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic) is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, texts, and inquiries about the clinic's services and treatments. Schedule appointments and provide accurate information about clinic services to clients. Act as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in the absence of the primary OIC. Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and confidently. Achieve performance targets to qualify for commissions and additional incentives. Earn extra incentives for punctuality (no lateness or absences).
