FOOD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

 

 

The primary objective of the Food Service Representative (FSR) is to achieve the assigned key account sales budget or targets via the attainment of distribution and the execution of corporate and account-specific promotions.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The general duties and responsibilities of the FSR are outlined below.

A. Account Strategy Development Responsibility

B. Market Development Responsibility

C. Customer Business Plan Implementation Responsibility

D. Customer Focused Retail Selling Responsibility

E. Account Management

F. Resource Management Responsibility

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

College Graduate of a 4-year course in a reputable school.

1 to 2 yrs. Experience in retail and direct selling in a consumer company,

Has been a Salesperson or Key Account Manager for at least 1 year

OTHER REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
Ability to handle multiple sales projects/programs simultaneously

Good understanding and a strong appreciation of the fundamentals of Food Service and Hospitality Industry marketing.

Good in people skills/relationship building.

Good in oral and written communication skills

Good driving skills

A team player

Willing to be assigned nationwide
