Daily Duties & Responsibilities: Shall be referred as the HACCP Team Leader and Internal Audit Chairman. Shall act as Management Representative as ordered by the top management. Review project status for FSSC Certification and other certifications as ordered by the top management. Communicate effectively with department managers, heads, supervisors, MR, and top management especially on matters related to food safety. Control the correct application of the quality and food safety documentation. With full authority and responsibility, manage a food safety team and organize its work. Ensure relevant training and education of food safety team members. Ensure that the food safety management system is established, implemented, maintained, and continuously improved. Report to the organization's top management on the effectiveness and suitability of the food safety management system and any requirements for corrective actions and continual improvement. Assess and recommend training needs related to the ongoing implementation of Bonpack Management Systems to department/section managers, heads, and supervisors. Liaise with external parties and regulatory agencies on matters relating to the food safety management system. Implement the HACCP plan, monitor prerequisite program standards, monitor safe food handling practices, maintain appropriate records, and train workers. Responsible for monitoring the organization's food safety KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Conduct 5S to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of his/her assigned work area. Occasional Duties & Responsibilities: Monthly: Lead the Food Safety Team Leader (FSTL) Assistant/Deputy MR in coordination with the MR in supervising FSSC and other systems requirement activities to ensure effectiveness of the planned programs. Occasionally: Lead the FSTL Assistant/Deputy MR during the second party and third party audit. Coordinate and perform the lead role in external audits in coordination with MR. Coordinate with external parties regarding new developments and ISO 22000, ISO TS 22002-4 and the additional requirements of FSSC 22000 updates as ordered by the top management. Supervise the development and implementation of action plans to address any non-conformance items and other audit observations received from the internal and external audit. Review Corrective Actions to address Customer Complaints pertaining to food safety. Annually: Conduct Management Review in coordination with MR. Conduct Internal Audit in coordination with MR. Review Annual Audit Plan. Lead the FS Team in the conduct of oPRP and CCP validation. Qualifications: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Chemical, or any business-related course. At least two (2) years experience specializing in ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005, and Internal Quality Audit. Excellent root cause analysis and problem-solving skills. Excellent team management and interacting skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications. Has excellent oral and written communication skills. Good analytical skills and proven ability to work under pressure. Ability to deal with all levels of people in the organization. Can work with minimum supervision. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
