Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads the drive and all the accompanying requirements and activities to retain the cGMP, HACCP, Halal and FDA certifications.
- Innovates, implements and reviews systems, procedures, and policies that follow the current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP and Quality Management Systems
- Oversee the overall quality and food safety system implementation and practices across all functions;
- Upholds cleanliness and quality standards through routine checks and audits of proper personal hygiene compliance, as well as overall facilities and equipment sanitation.
- Develops and conducts continuous quality improvement trainings for all team members.
- Keeps records and documents updated and relevant to current cGMP practices and needs of the company as the Document Control Team Lead.
- Coordinates with other departments on quality control issues.
- Management of quality of products.
- Spearheads internal and external Food Safety and Quality audits.
- Initiates management reviews and operations meetings to check status of targets.
- Leads mock recall and traceability exercises.
- Performs other tasks and duties that may be assigned by Superiors.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:
- Must be computer literate on Microsoft Office especially in Excel and Word and other appropriate software programs.
- At least Three (2) Year(s) of working experience specialized in Quality Control/Assurance/Management or Internal Quality Audit.
- Must be keen on details and has good communication, task management, coordination, and people skills.
- Must have sufficient knowledge on the principles of GMP, QMS or quality control.
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of quality management such as corrective actions/preventive actions, document management, internal audits and process improvements processes in FSSC/food safety
- High level of internal auditing experience is preferred.
- Excellent root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct trainings/seminars related to Food Safety.
- Experience in a food processing facility
- Team-player, can work with mínimal supervision

- Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition, Food Technology, Dietetics & Nutritional Sciences
- Willing to assign to Zamboanga City
