Job Description
? Ensures that all operations are well maintained and in order and that the standards of the Food and Beverage meet/exceed expectations.
? Ensure that the standards of service are met.
? Responsible in organizing all Food and Beverage promotions and advertising.
? Attend meetings with different Department’s Managers.
? Organize meeting/briefing with the Supervisors.
? To ensure quality food and beverage service as well as manpower.
? To provide assistance to guests.
? To ensure safety measures in all outlets concerned.
? To provide the necessary requirements intended for Food and Beverage employees.
? To maintain proper and required equipment for operation.
? To make disciplinary action for the erring subordinates.
? Maintain, develop, and improve restaurant procedures and other services.
? Handle costing, ordering and purchasing of all beverage and related items.
? Manages inventory and supplies.
? Creates and upholds Standard Operating Procedure for all front of the house F&B staff.
? Manages collections and revenues, including reporting.
Job Qualifications
? College graduate, major in management.
? Well trained and knowledgeable with the position.
? With minimum (10) years F&B experience.
? Two (2) years management experience.
? Proficient in English and Filipino and with pleasing personality.
? Flexible working hours.
? Strong leadership skills.
? Ability to perform well under pressure.
? Strong interpersonal skills.
