Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential , Free Uniform, Free Meal, Company Events Work Schedule:  Monday - Wednesday, 9pm - 6am PHT | Thursday and Friday, 11pm -8am PHT Work Setup: Office-based (San Fernando, Pampanga) Summary We are looking for a Financial Collections Specialist to join our team and provide administrative support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for collections, scheduling payments, follow-up calls, emails, and texts to clients, reconciling daily payments, managing client files, gathering and/or sending documents from or to clients, and providing general administrative support.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assemble and send out bankruptcy packetsDaily calls, texts and emails to clients for fee collection purposes (some flexible evening hours required)Enter auto-debit forms into LawPay Pro, schedule and reconcile payments dailyOrganize and maintain electronic case files, including filing credit counseling certificatesDaily calls to clients who have completed intakes within the last 90 days for follow-up (some flexible evening hours required)Take calls from clients who need to make payments, schedule intakes or have other general questions. Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor's or Associate degreeExperience in collections is strongly preferred. Excellent English communication skills.Can handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and texts.Knowledge with account reconciliations and other accounting duties. Experience with collections in a law firm is a plus Excellent organizational skills.Mindfulness Ability to work independently Disciplined Takes initiative Eager to work in a fast paced company
