Responsibilities
• Process journal entries and general ledger reconciliations accurately and timely• Process billing statements/invoices and ensure intercompany reconciliation• Ensure accuracy of tax computations and filing• Monitor projects and coordinate with PEZA officers• Handle customer queries promptly and professionally• Ensure timely payment to suppliers• Identify and escalate reconciliation issues to management• Process AR adjustments and perform reporting• Stay up to date with regulatory memorandums• Communicate effectively with good verbal and written skills
Requirements
• Relevant tertiary qualification in finance or accounting• 2 to 4 years of experience in a commercial finance team• Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance systems• Good knowledge of Excel• Analytical skills• Leadership and team management abilities
