If so, our Finance Supervisor position might be the perfect launchpad for your career! We are seeking a FINANCE SUPERVISOR to support our Finance Department.

Being part of an international team of smart and passionate colleagues. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, Dayshift. This is an office-based position in central Cebu City. The expected start date is December 2024, ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a motivated and organized Finance Supervisor to join us and handle day-to-day financial activities, bookkeeping, accounting, payroll.
RESPONSIBILITIES Performs daily activities such as banking intercompany and fix assets accounting
Assists in performing accounts payable and disbursement activities
Assists in performing accounts receivable and collection activities
Ensures the integrity and reliability of general ledgers and subledger accounts
Ensures supporting documents are attached to all entries in qbo and hard copies are maintained per prescribed retention period
Assist in payroll onboarding, maintenance and offboarding of employees
Assist to ensure fortnight pay run and last pay computation is closed on time and of high quality
Assist in statutory compliances and various filings to SSS, Philhelath, Pagibig, BIR, SEC, PEZA and Local Government Units.
Assists in ticket requests for various finance and payroll requests
Follow up, receive and audit liquidations to ensure fund requests are closed on time and in accordance to accounting policy
Schedule maintenance and reconciliation of accounts assigned
Assists Finance Team in completion of Month end closing activities
Assists Finance Team and Finance Director in periodic reporting activities
Assist in Quartery Fix Assets Counts
Assist in finance internal audit functions
Other Ad Hoc tasks as may be delegated by Finance Director
RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business Management or related field; At least 3-5 year' relevant work experience; Good understanding of accounting and bookkeeping procedures; Excellent command of written and spoken English; High attention to details and accuracy; Excellent organizational and time-management skills; Good computer skills - MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Proven experience of adapting quickly to different systems and applications. Bonus points if you have: Previous internship or work experience in finance. Familiarity with accounting software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. BSA Solutions, Inc. emphasizes in:
