Finance Supervisor

Shall oversee and monitor the financial transactions of all properties under Innoprime Property Management Services. The position involves ensuring compliance with taxation and BIR reportorial requirements, generation of periodic financial statements for the Condominium Corporation, checking of billings/ statement of accounts and vouchers generated by the Admin Office, and monitoring, updating and periodic reconciliation of the Condominium Bank Account balances.

> A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Bachelor of Science in Commerce- Major in Accounting
> Thorough knowledge of basic accounting principles
> Well-versed in financial statement preparation and analysis
> Keen on mathematical computation and details
> Must have organizational and time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and coordinate and complete tasks within established timeframes
> Ability to maintain records and files for easy access and retrieval
> Proficient in MS Office applications and business management system
> With excellent interpersonal skills and can deal with all levels of the organization
> Good written and verbal communication skills
> Ability to work well independently as well as part team
> Professional appearance, demeanour, discretion and attitude
