Clinica Prime Cebu, Inc. (CPCI), a subsidiary of LH Paragon, Inc. (LHPI), is currently seeking an experienced Finance Head. The ideal candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a proven track record in overseeing financial operations and reporting, as well as experience in managing SAP implementation and configuration. Experience with any of the Big 4 accounting or audit firms is highly preferred. Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the company's budget in alignment with business objectives and strategic direction. Audit and Tax Compliance: Ensure the company's financial statements adhere to accounting principles and comply with tax regulations. Financial Analysis: Analyze and interpret financial data, providing recommendations to senior management to improve the company's financial performance. Cost Accounting: Oversee cost accounting activities, including the analysis of cost structures, cost allocation, and product costing to support pricing decisions and enhance profitability. Relationship Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth finance and accounting operations. Team Management: Supervise the accounting team to ensure effective performance and professional development. SAP Implementation: Collaborate with external partners to manage SAP implementation, including configuration, data management, reporting, training, and support. Qualifications: Location: Must be willing to work at Oakridge Business Park, Mandaue City, Cebu. Experience: At least 5 to 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Preferred Background: Experience with any of the Big 4 accounting/audit firms or in the healthcare industry is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis tools, attention to detail, and experience with ERPs, preferably SAP or QuickBooks. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team effectively, manage demanding conditions, and communicate across all levels of the organization. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Integrity & Ethics: High level of integrity and adherence to ethical standards. Education & Licenses: CPA required; a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
