Duties & Responsibilities: Prepares and process Accounts Payable vouchers with corresponding entries.Performs initial audit/review of forwarder's billings and payment requests.Prepares journal entries and closing entries.Monitors receivables and collection of payments.Monitors and updates Cash FlowMonitors check series/ disbursements.Bank ReconciliationPrepares and process payrollPrepares and processes all governmental statutory requirements such as SSS, PHIC, HDMF at EGov.Handle overall transactions of school when it comes to financial.
