Key Responsibilities:
Final Pressing: Press, steam, and finish garments properly.
Quality Control: Inspect garments for defects before and after pressing.
Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain pressing equipment.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of work completed.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous garment industry experience preferred.
Skills: Attention to detail, manual dexterity, good communication, and teamwork.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
