The Export Sales Associate shall support the Export Sales Manager with the day to day export sales and marketing activities of the business that will achieve total company sales goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with Export Sales Manager to determine an efficient sales strategy and sales plan to achieve all annual sales goals.
2. Conduct surveys and market research to study and analyze the changing needs of the customers.
3. Ensure that the products are made available to suit the needs of the customer and by adhering to the sales processes designed to improve the sales.
4. Keep abreast of the latest developments in the market by studying the competitor's strategies and products, so that the possible threats can be identified and counter-attack strategies can be designed.
5. Maintain trustworthy professional relationship with existing and prospective clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand the client's needs and interact with senior management personnel.
2. Self- starter, outgoing personality with exceptional selling and negotiating skills to achieve the sales targets ultimately.
3. Ability to research and analyze the trends in the market and take appropriate decisions or suggest recommendations.
4. Strong presentation skills, positive attitude and ability to work in a target driven environment.
5. Results oriented with good business acumen, computer literate with excellent time management and organization skill.
6. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or relevant field preferred.
7. 2 years previous experience in export sales is desirable.
