Export Documentation Assistant

Details of the offer

Handle and prepare all international documentation; invoices, commercial invoices, certs of origin, company export documentation
Handle all email correspondence with clients internationally and domestically
Organize all paperwork and files. Keep track of whole ordering process.
Run phone system and answer any incoming call/questions.
Must be a graduate of BS in Customs Administration.
with at least 1 year experience as Export Documentation Assistant.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
