Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Responsibilities:
? Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other
external partners for the Managing Director
? Manages diary, schedules meetings, and appointments
? Prepare minutes of meetings attended, distributes and follow through
? Researches and gathers data/information to prepare documents or proposals
required by the Managing Director
? Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director
? Performs other functions & similar tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any business or
marketing course or equivalent curriculum
? At least 5 years of working experience
? Fluent in oral and written English communication
? Knowledgeable and familiar in MS office applications to include Excel, Outlook
and Powerpoint
? Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City
