Job Overview:
An executive assistant provides administrative support at an executive level within the company. The main tasks of an executive assistant are handling office-management duties, making travel arrangements, handling calendar events, organizing reports and documents, answering phone calls, setting up meetings, screening visitors, and many more similar duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage scheduling for company executive(s)Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetingsAnswer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executivePrioritize emails and respond when necessaryCoordinate travel arrangementsMaintain various records and documents for company executive(s) Required Skills and Qualifications: Female/Age bracket from 23-35 Years oldAtleast 1 year work related experienceHaving a background in accountancy and administrative works is an advantageGreat in providing comprehensive administrative supportProficient in Microsoft OfficeMultitaskingProblem SolvingStrong Leadership SkillsStrong Analytical SkillsPresentation and Communication Skills
