Job Description: Ensures all equipment is running with zero downtime. Evaluates each equipment to improve operating cost and generates procedures to reduce maintenance cost and prolong the lifespan of the equipment. Leads the day-to-day activities to perform necessary maintenance functions. Reviews and develops maintenance procedures for plant utilities and electrical systems (MV and LV). Supervises preventive maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety requirements. Takes the lead in the procurement of parts and services. Establishes connections with suppliers for comparison of contractor services. Generates weekly and monthly reports for the Engineering & Maintenance Manager to review accomplishments and updates on pending activities that require coordination with department heads. Job Qualifications: Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering; licensed Electrical Engineer is a plus. Technical credibility - knowledge in theoretical and practical aspects, techniques, and tools in design, construction, project management, and maintenance management systems. Good problem-solving skills. Administrative credibility - formality in operating a project in a structured environment, well-versed in oral and written presentations, reports, and communication. Stress tolerance. Adaptability; open to processing and implementing new ideas and approaches. Must be a good team player, leader, and motivator. Willing to engage in a shifting schedule.
