Job Title: E-Commerce Merchandiser Reports to: Brand Manager Department: Brand and Marketing Job Location: Head Office Job Category: Rank and FileJob Purpose The E-Commerce Merchandiser is responsible for providing support to the performance of the E-Commerce Merchandising function of the organization.Key Responsibilities Works with Brand Manager and Merchandising Manager in improving overall performance of brand across all channels by developing merchandising promotion proposals to achieve sales target. Assists in creating seasonal, monthly and weekly plans for sales, inventory and markdowns. Partner with Brand & Marketing and Merchandising team to develop strategies and monitor performance in order to achieve plans. Acts as the main contact for any E-Commerce merchandising requirement.Work with E-Commerce Specialist on creation of materials for the e-commerce Uploads product listings along with descriptions to E-Commerce platforms. Implements and enrolls campaign promotions. Creates weekly sales report recapping sales and inventory and creates detailed monthly sales report and analyzes sales and inventory. Monitors sales performance, page and product analytics.Maintains and monitors assortment and stock availability, flow of initial assortments as well as re-orders. Develops strategies/depletion plan for markdown/obsolete items. Works closely with the merchandising team to analyze seasonal merchandise assortments and execute merchandising strategies. Works with brand and merchandising team to analyze business by door to maximize sales and stock opportunities. Recommends buys based on product sell-through and trendQualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, Communication, and other relevant courses. At least 2-3 years experience in E-Commerce. Has strong analytical skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively Must be willing to work onsite in BGCPassion for sports is a plus!
