Key responsibilities include:Be a trusted advisor to our clients by possessing in-depth knowledge of business processes and ecommerce platform & constraints.Bring industry best practices and expertise on how SFCC/ SAP commerce cloud (SAP Hybris Commerce)/ Adobe Magento platform features work while working in partnership with the business in defining outcomes as well as to-be processes.Work along with multiple teams (business, development, & testing) to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions.Self-start and engage with the business taking the initiative to help identify what the business should be tracking and evaluating. Should think through problems and make actionable recommendations.Understand the business language and translate into user stories / requirements which can be understood by the technology team.Provide working demos to the business on how all aspects of the solution would work and demonstrate platform functionality to help with any business decisionsYour experience counts!Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum 3-5 years of Commerce experience, preferably including Commerce DigitizationAbility to establish and build on working relationships effectivelyExperience on performing business user configurations on at least one of the below listed eCommerce platforms, preferredSalesforce Commerce cloudAdobe MagentoSAP commerce cloud (SAP Hybris Commerce)Understanding of a unified commerce ecosystemCertifications: Good to have any of the following certificationsSAP Commerce Cloud Business User /SAP Hybris Business AnalystAdobe Magento solution specialistMust be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.Strong willingness to learn and adapt rapidly to ConsultingIndependent learner and self-starter
