Drop Point Supervisor

**SUMMARY**:
The Drop Point Supervisor is the front person in Drop Points.
Perform various administrative duties including report preparation, monitoring of pick-up packages, inventory and maintenance of office machines and J & T Express branches.
He set daily goals in compliance with J & T Express plans of performance and deadlines, and communicates the same to the Admin staff and Sprinters.
**QUALIFICATIONS**

1.
Graduate of any 4-year course.
2.
With at least 3 years experience in related field.
3.
Strong background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce.

Good computer skills.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

Can supervise a team of at least 10 personnel

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1.
Inspects the CCTV every day to ensure that it is online and perfectly working.
2.
Monitors the attendance of all Drop Point employees, which includes absences, tardiness, and leaves;
Reports to area HR the employee location AWOL or resignations.
3.
Devises ways to speed up operations in Drop Point.
4.
Motivate/Coach employees.
Coordinates the collaboration of each personnel in Drop Point.
5.
Does regular weekly meeting for the following purposes:
6.1 Resolving problems such as:

- Pending VIP and Shopee pick-up

6.
Regularly does the Drop Point situation report for submission to the Area Manager.
Discusses with Sprinter TL the area assignment of each sprinter.
7.
Maintains good relationship with clients and VIP accounts

8.
Organizes daily workflow and ensure that Branch Admins and Sprinters understand their duties/tasks;
9.
Monitors the pick-up packages details and the penalties from Quality Control.
10.
Cascades and implements information based on the direction and instruction from the Management through the DC Head.
11.
Must be present in processing damaged and suspicious parcels.
The opening of parcels must be under CCTV monitoring.
12.
Initiates plan to improve Drop Point performance by distributing brochures and other marketing materials.
13.
Monitors employee productivity and provide needed motivation.
14.
May be required to perform others responsibilities based on the exigencies of the operations.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mandaue, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
