Distribution Sales Executive - Northern Mindanao (Construction Materials)

Job Responsibilities: Demand generation Develop and maintain a network of architects and consultants generating projects for the companyAccess to project pipeline of distributors/architects/contractorsAllocate projects to contractors/distributors and monitor progressManage in the territory leads generated by the company's marketing activities and transform it into salesContractors' management Develop a network of roofing and waterproofing contractors capable to install solutions for new projects and renovationTo organize and animate training sessions with distributors' sales persons - physical and onlineTo coordinate with the technical team for detailed drawings and installation preparationChannel Management To manage and develop existing distribution networkTo regularly visit existing stores selling our products, to maintain display/stocking levelTo manage documentation, facilitate customer needs and requirementsTo organize regularly training of distributor's sales personTo extend our presence by opening new distributors in identified strategic areasOrder management Collect payment as per invoice conditionsTrack fulfillment of each project deliveryQualifications: Bachelor's degree in any fieldgood network with local construction community, contractors and architects in Northern Mindanaohas 3-5 years successful sales experience in construction and building materials, with an experience in handling professional distribution and modern trade channelsable to develop local marketing campaignhas a good distributor network in the assigned territory (Northern Mindanao)
