Dispatch Staff

a Graduate of any Logistics/Inventory /Business management or any related degreehas at least 1 year experience preferably in steel/roofing manufacturing or any related industryhas keen attention to detailspossess good communication skillsresiding within Mexico, Pampanga area Duties: assists Dispatch Officer to deliver items to customers by verifying orders.Inventories stock.Arranges transportation.Organizes item order by editing for price, promotions, and weight compliance.Ships items by examining items, destination, route, rate, and delivery time; ordering carriers.Verifies items shipped by matching bills of sales order receipt, reconciling quantities, and noting discrepancies.Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment time , date and method, and current status; answering questions.
