Dispatch Auditor

The CSS Dispatch Auditor supporting the NOC should be a creative individual with a proven track record of fixing challenging business problems. This individual will need to be detail-oriented, with an acumen for analyzing data and processes. He/she will need to be able to work in collaboration with business owners to drill deep into complex issues, get a clear understanding of the current process, and then make recommendations on process solutions, improvements, and streamlining.

Responsibilities:Select workload in ServiceNowAudit all dispatches for correct billingEnsure the notes justify the Scope selected: "If it is not in the notes, it did not happen"Ensure the parts captured in Dispatch Parts Scope are also justified by the notesChange the questions in the WOT to reflect what actually happenedChoose correct information, billing included for Dispatch PartsManipulate time and date to fit dispatch parametersEnsure Scope is metRequirements:Strong reading skillsAbility to navigate ServiceNow and WorkMarketStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working independently and in a team setting
