Job Description & Summary: PwC SEAC's Digital Transformation practice provides a combination of business and technology advice from strategy to execution and helps solve our clients' most complex business challenges in today's highly integrated environment.
The FS Strategy & Ops team enables banking institutions, asset managers, and insurance companies to drive growth and cost transformation initiatives supporting landmark deals (mergers, divestments), accelerate the digital change in their operations and business processes, coaching new ways of working and managing change initiatives and technology implementations.
We work closely with our own innovation centres, big technology firms, and Fintechs to bring the best solutions to our clients. It is our goal to support our clients to achieve sustained growth, increased operational efficiency to increase their competitive advantage, as well as to ensure that operational systems are agile and responsive to a constantly changing environment and highly complex ecosystem.
About the Role: You will work with our clients and our internal teams to:
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the financial services sector, ideate and develop industry level PoVs, identifying opportunities for business development and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Lead and deliver client engagements and collaborate with senior executives, their team as well as our global network of consultants and specialists to identify enhancements to existing processes, policies, technologies, and organization structure. Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on complex business issues including growth strategies, cost optimization, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance. Define and develop roadmaps, optimal target operating model and deliver transformation and change projects which help address our clients' evolving needs along the dimensions of insight, efficiency and effectiveness, and control. Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support on project delivery and career development. Contribute to the development of thought and leadership content and participate in industry conferences and events to enhance the firm's reputation as a leading financial services consulting practice. Devise sustainable and inclusive growth strategies with respect to new Environmental Sustainability & Governance initiatives within major Financial Institutions. About you: You are likely to be a Finance professional with the following key attributes:
Bachelors or Masters degree in business, economics, finance or a related field. Minimum 8-11 years of relevant experience including Consulting background with demonstrated skills in building pipeline, managing projects, and communicating effectively with clients and teams; or otherwise with strong Banking & Financial Services industry experience. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of senior executive level engagement. Agile, Scrum, PMP, Lean / Six-Sigma or equivalent certifications will be advantageous. Education: Bachelor Degree
