ABOUT YOU: We are seeking a hands-on, highly skilled Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our digital marketing team, developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, a creative mindset, and strong leadership skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Successfully execute on Tribute's digital marketing strategy. Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure team success on both creative work and digital marketing campaigns, like Facebook and Google Ads. Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns' performance, making necessary adjustments for optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and increase customer engagement. Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and trends, applying this knowledge to our digital marketing strategies. Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Ensure team member efficiency and productivity, and align with upper management to deliver all required work on deadline. Manage multiple requests on a tight timeline and work with your team to prioritize the right tasks at the right time. Use project management tools and skills to help the team run smoothly. Create processes and procedures for your team that align with client needs and the marketing team's overall needs. Help your team develop and grow for future success.
