Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in HubSpot to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and products. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels including email, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM, ensuring efficient utilization for lead generation, marketing automation, and reporting.
Create and manage compelling content for digital marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, emails, and more.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and objectives.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring our digital marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
Proficiency in HubSpot, including experience with CRM management, marketing automation, and analytics.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:

HubSpot Certification(s) is a plus.
Experience with other digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development principles.
