The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with the rest of the marketing team and management in the development and execution of our marketing efforts to bring customers to the site and drive revenue across one or more marketing channels including email, affiliates, social, and ads. ECommerce marketing experience is highly preferred. You do not need experience in all channels to apply. Apply now!ResponsibilitiesSupport the email marketing team in developing and executing email marketing strategies to generate, nurture, and convert leads to customers successfully.Build HTML emails, conduct A/B testing, and build lists and segmentation.Assist in analyzing data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning campaigns.Provide status updates and campaign requirements, coordinate and agree on timelines as necessary for assigned projects.Identify and recruit new affiliates through various approaches including social networks, marketplace sites, etcRe-engage inactive affiliates and deepen relationships with existing affiliatesNegotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliatesMaintain direct communication and recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedbackMonitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate performanceProactively monitor traffic sources to determine which affiliates should be prioritized and focused on.Present reports for relevant program metrics such as the number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, number of conversions generated per affiliate, etc.Supply occasional creative juice and ideas related to affiliate marketingCoordinate with in-house creatives on the creation of social media content (visuals, videos, text).Develop, execute, and optimize social media campaigns that drive website traffic and generate revenue.Continuously improve social media strategy by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social media insights and web traffic metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information,Create a social media calendar for assigned channels (both organic postings and paid campaigns).while ensuring alignment with overall brand campaigns.Craft engaging post copy that reflects channel tone of voice and brand guidelinesRequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or any relevant course is an advantage but not required.Fresh graduates and/or career shifters are welcome to applyThe ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, analytical, detailed, and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.Able to communicate in English (both verbally and in writing) in a professional manner.2-5 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience in either affiliate marketing, email, social media, or any related field is an advantage.Able to work collaboratively across teamsGood listening, observation, and learning skillsAble to work on-site at our office in Mandaue CityAble to work the night shift (US Pacific Time)ECommerce marketing experience is an advantageBenefitsCompetitive compensation [Php30,000 - Php50,000 per month]100% HMO coverage upon hiring (+ 1 dependent after 3 months)15 leave credits per year (starts accumulating upon hiring)Complete gov't-mandated benefits upon hiring.Free Google training and certificationsFree coffee and snacks at the officeFree WiFi at the officeWeekends off
