Digital & Campaign Excellence Senior ManagerThe PositionTake a strategic and holistic view of the OPUs overarching business objectives and be responsible for the processes, infrastructure and capability evolution to translate our business, our marketing and our medical led integrated customer plans into seamless, measurable omni-channel campaigns.Influence, guide, and collaborate with the OPU TA responsible in planning effective centralized campaigns that prioritize business requirements to deliver maximum business impact whilst supporting valuable long-term relationships with our customers and end-users.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead the OPUs approach to campaign design, working directly with OPU TAs and HP-Ops team to ensure they have the means and the direction to understand and translate TA ICP requirements into valuable, measurable campaigns that are centralized and customer-centric; communicating key messages to the desired target audiences and capturing desired customer behavior changes.Take responsibility for identifying and evolving the appropriate infrastructure and processes in the OPU to facilitate effective campaign planning that prioritizes content and events according to their business potential whilst maximizing their customer impact.Collaborate proactively across functions and TAs to drive ongoing success, sharing best practices on achieved customer engagement wins with OPU & ROPU.Implement, evolve, and report on a consistent approach to measuring and reporting on campaign performance, tying metrics into ICP performance. Develop sophisticated and insightful dashboards and measurements that show business impact on the successful implementation of the campaigns.Lead and guide the 200 headcount customer-facing teams' execution of developed campaigns, tracking adoption and adherence to defined campaign framework using dashboard analytics. Provide regular feedback and insights to the HP Executive Committee and HPLC permanent members. Create action plans if there are gaps in execution.Lead the cross-functional teams to build best-in-the-industry campaigns and gain commitment to adopting a centralized approach in multi-channel campaign execution. Train the TAs on Platform/Content development and execution in all parts of the organization.Take charge of the transformation & skills development of the TAs essential to building effective campaigns in country HP teams such as Commercial and Medical teams, etc.Be the expert, expertise center, and go-to person in OPU for any campaign development, digital Platform/Content/Training/Change Management inquiries.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or related discipline. A master's degree would be a plus.3 to 5 years' experience in Marketing/Brand with proven execution of Brand Campaign. Experience in pharmaceuticals company is preferred.Outstanding content marketing expertise with the ability to visualize and story-tell complex data and information in an engaging and appropriate manner for customers and internal stakeholders alike.Strong understanding of omni-channel and digital marketing at both strategic and executional levels.Excellence knowledge of search engine marketing (organic & paid).In-depth knowledge of email and permissions-based marketing best practices.Familiarity with digital analytics tools.Strong team player with a mindset of curiosity and learning agility, ability to work across cultures and bring outside-in thinking based on evolving market landscape.
