2. Cavite and Laguna area
3. Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte and Albay area
4. Nueva Ecija and Nueva Vizcaya
5. Isabela, Quirino, Ifugao and Cagayan area
6. Ilocos Sur, Norte and Abra
