Responsible for support, customization and testing of various applications like Oracle ERP, RapidResponse, Team center Unified, SharePoint, UiPath RPA tool.Work closely with IT Management, consultants, and business teams to provide in-depth technical solutions for business objectives.Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving break fix issues, liaising with end users and technical resources.Provide status report to Business and IT management.Handle support/help desk ticket created by end users and provide solutionsCreate PL/SQL programs to address the business requirements.Manage T4O integration between Teamcenter application to Oracle ERP applicationManage sites and user permission in Sharepoint and do administrative support of sharepoint applicationCreate workbooks, worksheets, alerts, system schedule jobs and do administrative work in Rapidresponse applicationMonitor and enhance the RPA BOTS build using Uiptah, BOTS and implement new automations
Minimum Education and Experience:Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in Oracle EBS, Teamcenter Unified/PLM, Sharepoint, RapidResponse or any RPA toolMinimum 1+ years direct support of application end-users in a corporate environmentRequired Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:The ideal candidate shall possess:Strong Techno Functional Knowledge and Hands on experience in various modules of OracleHands on experience in any RPA tool set like UiPathStrong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to react quickly to changing requirements due to product limitation or driven by enterprise need.Ability to develop and deliver effective presentationsDemonstrated written and verbal communications skills and ability to interface with internal and external parties at all levelsStrong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic and demanding environment with light supervision.
