- Must be 45 years old below
- Candidate must be near Quezon City Area or willing to relocate/commute
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- The candidate must possess a Professional License in Architecture
- Knowledge of the design, construction, and real estate industry, including management, methods, engineering, equipment, technology, safety, etc.
- At least 7 years of professional experience & 3 years of managerial experience
- Willing to work on job sites
- Can read, analyze, and study blueprints
- Highly organize
- Can edit via AutoCAD App
