Design Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Design Assistant to support our design team. The ideal candidate will assist in various design tasks, including creating visual materials, preparing presentations, and managing design projects. You will work closely with designers to ensure that design projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and developing design concepts, layouts, and visual materials using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).

Support the design team in preparing presentations, mockups, and prototypes.

Conduct research and gather data to inform design decisions and trends.

Prepare and organize design files and documentation for review and approval.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

Maintain and update design project timelines and schedules.

Assist with administrative tasks related to design projects, including tracking project progress and managing design assets.

Provide general support to the design team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing reports.

Ensure design work adheres to brand guidelines and project specifications.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics.
