Demand Creation Specialist- South Davao To North

To create demand through ground works for Ramgo and Vann Hawk products.
- Responsible for area mapping / market potential on a periodic basis.
- Identify Key Growers (KG) / farmers in area of responsibility.
- Conduct and monitor pre commercial trials of Ramgo new varieties
- Conduct quality commercial trial demo and monitor with Key Growers (KG).
As required, supervise, monitor pre commercial trials for seeds released by R&D to Key Growers (KG).
- Conduct farmer's calls and meetings.
- Assessment of demo trials and report them to supervisor.
- Visit dealers to monitor move out of products and gather information on potential Key Growers.
- Visit Department of Agriculture municipal office to set-up demo trials and conduct seminars with the farmers in cooperation with the DA officials.
- Set-up sales caravan when needed
- Identify growers of the month.
- Submit monthly report.
- Other tasks and activities that may be assigned from time to time

- Multi Location Trials Installation and Evaluation
- Product of Technology (POT) documentation

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
