Delivery Driver

Job OverviewDelivery Driver is responsible for the safe delivery of DPDC’s products and goods to a customer at a scheduled time, date, and to a prescribed area within a given period of time. He also serves as a human link between the customer and DPDC, provides driving services to the company, and assists the Salesman and Delivery Helper in the delivery of products to the customer.Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures the organized loading and unloading of stocks in and from the vehicle, in accordance with the company-mandated procedures.
Ensures that all deliveries must be on schedule
Knowledge of all delivery routes and alternate routes
Maintains a high standard of delivery services
Assists the Salesman and Delivery Helper in the delivery of products to different customers
Ensures the road worthiness of the vehicle by following all safety policies and procedures imposed by the management particularly the strict observance of the Delivery Vehicle Inspection Checklist before departing
Keeps the vehicle in good condition, cleans inside and outside by conducting a daily routine check-up
Always observes proper decorum and corporate image, in and out of the office
Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Asst. Operations Manager and Admin. & Operations Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:At least a High School Graduate
Experience as a Delivery Driver is an advantage
With professional driver’s licenseRESTRICTION3
No criminal record
