DATA PRIVACY PROTECTION OFFICER

Job Summary: Assist the Data Privacy Protection Manager (DPPM) in ensuring the organization's compliance with data privacy laws and regulations, particularly the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. The DPPO will play a key role in implementing and maintaining data protection policies, conducting privacy impact assessments, managing data subject rights, and ensuring the security of personal data across all departments and operations.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A degree in a related field (e.g., Law, Information Security / Technology, Business Administration)
2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in data protection, privacy compliance, Information Security / Technology or a related field. Relevant Certifications in Data Protection, Information Security, Risk Management and Audit are an advantage.
3. Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, particularly the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
6. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
7. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
