Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as a Data Analytics Specialist Specific duties include but are not limited to the following tasks:
RTE Flex - Address questions about product details, such as size, color codes, and missing fields.Salsify Tasks and Readiness Report - Managing product data readiness across multiple rounds, including auto-filling fields and handling tax/finance tasks.D365 Load and Integration - Uploading and integrating product data into D365 (likely Dynamics 365), either manually or via integration.D365 Trade Agreements - Managing trade agreements, which include purchase prices (FOB), wholesale prices, MSRP updates, discount groups, and customer-specific wholesale pricing.D365 BOMs - Manually building and uploading Bill of Materials (BOMs) for product packs and boxes.D365 Recommended Vendors for Multi-Sourced Styles - Managing recommended vendors for products that have multiple sourcing options, particularly around specific materials like OG, braided, vinyl.D365 Item Status Updates - Manually updating product status (e.g., active, sell-thru, discounted). Skills Needed: Experience with D365 product lifecycle management.D365 Assortments - Adjusting product assortments and catalog flags, and making manual updates to retail assortments.D365 / Flex Audit Testing - Performing audits of style uploads and trade agreements in D365 and Flex.
