Data Analyst - Pasig - F2P Games

JOB PURPOSE: Supporting the Product and Design team to make data-driven decisions about features, events, tuning and strategy of a Free-To-Play (F2P) mobile title; Help drive live operations, perform A/B tests, and deliver reports and insights to key stakeholders across both the development and publishing teams; Present findings on a routine basis to leadership, both to examine past performance and determine future development on the title; Reports to the Product Manager

- 2+ years Data Analyst experience on F2P games (or comparable experience),
- Master's Degree is a plus
- Experience with data analysis, including but not limited to descriptive statistics, predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms
- Experience with A/B testing concepts, terminology and hands-on execution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (the team values this as much as analytical skills)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of data analysis programming languages (Python/R preferred)
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Must be able to mine databases and extract key takeaways from raw data
- Can visualize those takeaways in a way that all stakeholders understand
- Has a demonstrated interest in gaming, particularly in the mobile space
- Direct experience analyzing product performance
- Fluent in both descriptive and predictive analytics
- Strong passion for puzzle genre games
- Love of brainteasers
- Experience with AWS products
- Quantitative background (Math, Economics, Computer Science, etc.)
