Role Summary As a Cybersecurity Support Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and gain more knowledge on Cybersecurity through foundational and Sophos product training. Gain knowledge on how a Technical Support Engineer supports our customers and learn cutting edge technologies in the dynamic software security space.
What You Will Do Support Foundational Training.Sophos Product Training including Support Tools.Training on Cybersecurity Foundation, Antivirus & Firewall.Soft skills Training which includes Communication, Customer Service, Call Etiquette, Emails, and Chat Etiquette.Learn case management processes that Sophos uses to provide best in class service to our customers.What You Will Bring Currently enrolled at a college or University with IT/Computer Science/Engineering-related course.Good working knowledge and understanding of IT Security concepts.Basic technical knowledge including but not limited to: Active Directory, Networking, Various Operating Systems like Windows Servers, Linux, Mac OS.Basic verbal and written communication skills.Can follow written and verbal instructions accurately and promptly.Ability to work independently based on tasks assigned.Able to work cooperatively with others to achieve specific team goals.Willing to work flexible hours (Morning or Mid Shift schedule).Ready to Join Us?
